Telephone Consultations
If you don't need to see a Doctor you
can arrange a telephone consultation. There is normally
a Doctor available between 10.40am and 11.00am each weekday
for patients to discuss health problems and test results.
Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who, because of their medical
condition, cannot leave their homes and are made by special
arrangement. Please phone before 10.30am and the doctors
will assess the need for a visit. It is helpful if you
can give the receptionists some idea of the problem so
that the doctors can plan their rounds accordingly.
Missed appointments
Missed appointments mean that other patients
are unable to see the Doctor or Nurse of their choice. Please
ring as soon as possible if you want to cancel your appointment.
